Comfortably host up to 20 people by combining two of our four units into one 6-bedroom getaway — perfect for two families or a larger group who still want each household to have their own private unit.
Our two duplex buildings each contain a pair of units: Home 1 & Home 3, or Home 5 & Home 7. Book either pair together for a combined 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, steps from the sand of BOTH beach AND bay — Mission Beach Park & Belmont Park are literally your front yard.
Ideally located just south of Belmont Park in Mission Beach, our homes are steps from the ocean, and a short walk to the calmer bay. Walk/bike along miles of boardwalk along the beach front and bay. Totally secure and private, your stay will be complete with multiple large patios and private/secured garages (can fit up to 4 cars).
Length of Stay

Your homes away from home are equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated with all brand new custom furniture and the most comfortable beds, linens and more. The combo rental encompasses two of the four 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom units for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Relax and unwind with sunsets and ocean views from the living areas, patios and kitchen. Each unit features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with an abundance of natural light. Kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Large smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and ample space for guests.
You have parking for up to 4 vehicles across the two units' enclosed garages.
House Rules
Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed inside or on the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation.
Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM–9AM daily.
No smoking in or around the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use.
NO PETS as our cleaner is allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog.
