Ideally located just south of Belmont Park in Mission Beach, our home is steps from the ocean, and a short walk to the calmer bay. Walk/bike along miles of boardwalk along the beach front and bay. This is a 3-bedroom ground level home with a large patio and private two car tandem garage.
This unit is part of a quadplex, we rent out the units individually or together for larger groups.
Length of Stay

Every detail has been considered to make your vacation a lasting memory. Recently renovated, the unit encompasses the first and second floor of the building, along with a beach view patio with BBQ grill.
Relax and unwind with sunsets and ocean views from the living areas patios and kitchen. The property features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with an abundance of natural light. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Large smart TV, stocked laundry room with washer/dryer, and ample space for guests.
You have parking for two vehicles in your own garage.

No smoking in or around the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use.
NO PETS as our cleaner is allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog.
***COVID-19 UPDATE:
We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay: we bleach the floors, sheets, towels, railings, door handles, remote controls, switches and switch plates. We also provide Lysol wipes to keep your stay as virus and bacteria free as possible.
Air BNB forbids gatherings of any size in addition to local/state restrictions punishable by hefty fines and/or jail time. Due to heightened concerns, guests will be asked to leave immediately upon violation of ANY house rules.
