Ideally located just south of Belmont Park in Mission Beach, our home is steps from the ocean, and a short walk to the calmer bay. Walk/bike along miles of boardwalk along the beach front and bay. This is a 4 unit property, with your rental encompassing all of the 3-bedroom units. Totally secure and private with a gate around the property, your stay will be complete with multiple large patios and private/secured garages (can fit up to 8 cars).

Your home away from home is equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated with all brand new custom furniture and the most comfortable beds, linens and more. Every detail has been considered to make your vacation a lasting memory. Recently renovated, the full property rental encompasses all four of the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom units for a total of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Relax and unwind with sunsets and ocean views from the living areas patios and kitchen. Each unit features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with an abundance of natural light. Kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Large smart TV, stocked laundry room with washer/dryer, and ample space for guests.
You have parking for up to 8 vehicles. The property includes 4 enclosed and private garages, each with space for two cars.
Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed inside or on the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you are want to entertain during your vacation.
Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily
No smoking in or around the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use.
NO PETS as our cleaner is allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog.
***COVID-19 UPDATE:
We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay: we bleach the floors, sheets, towels, railings, door handles, remote controls, switches and switch plates. We also provide Lysol wipes to keep your stay as virus and bacteria free as possible.
Air BNB forbids gatherings of any size in addition to local/state restrictions punishable by hefty fines and/or jail time. Due to heightened concerns, guests will be asked to leave immediately upon violation of ANY house rules.
